Sessions are held in the Maple Room at 99 E. Marks Street, Orlando, FL 32803

If submitting a script, please register below.
If you are an actor/reader for this session, you may simply mark yourself as “coming” on our Facebook event page.

How It Works:

Writers share 10 pages or less from their script.
Actors and readers enact the parts of the story’s characters.
A narrator is chosen from the group to read the action and transitions.
After the reading of each script, participants share feedback with the author and amongst themselves.

How To Participate

  • If submitting a qualifying script, have a pdf copy of your script pages ready to upload(10 pages max). Register for the next workshop using the form below, where you can submit your script.
  • If you are an actor/reader, you can either register using the registration form or you may simply mark yourself as “coming” on the respective event post found on our Facebook page.
  • A password is provided to attendees at the workshop so they will be able to read submitted scripts on their devices.
  • Script actions and headings are read by a narrator, character lines are read by an attendee as your script “comes to life”.
  • At the end of each script reading, feedback and ideas for the writer are exchanged by the attendees.
  • Due to time constraints, we normally limit the number of scripts to 3 or 4.
  • After the workshop, access to the scripts will be changed and the scripts will be removed.
